Neurological  examination helps detect brain, nerves, muscles and spinal cord diseases.

This examination includes: 

Case history, assessment of patient’s mental status, physical examination and if necessary some diagnostic examinations and methods.

This examination is most often used to find out the causes of the following neurological problems:

dizziness, numbness, muscle weakness, difficulty speaking, loss of coordination or balance, etc.

How is the procedure carried out?

In order to determine a precise problem and establish the right diagnosis, it is often necessary to carry out additional neurological tests ( EEG,EMG,EP), neuroradiological tests ( X-ray,Doppler of blood vessels, CT or MR) labaratory analyses ( liquor examination, pathohistological analyses,etc.).
